Welcome!  This site has been created by individuals and families affected by metatropic dysplasia (MD) to share what we have learned in our individual journeys.  We are not medical experts but certainly have a lot of experience and have worked to gather as many answers as we can.  This site is designed for those who have received an MD diagnosis in your family and have questions and are seeking answers or support.  Having a network of friends, in our experience, can make your path a little less scary and a whole lot easier to navigate.  May your heart find peace and your eyes be opened to the beauty and strength that we find ever present in ourselves and our loved ones living with the challenges and opportunities of an MD diagnosis.
